- Prior experience in sales management, specifically in the home loan or LAP industry.
- Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products, including legal and financial aspects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads
