Job Description: As a Project Manager at ACG Infotech you will play a pivotal role in overseeing managing our ERP projects from inception to. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of ERP solutions delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Manage project budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Execution and Delivery
• Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of ERP processes and systems.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and client personnel, to ensure project tasks are executed efficiently.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns or challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project governance processes, quality standards, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and ensure that project goals are met
• Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Quality Assurance
• Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and optimize project processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP implementation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and modules, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and CRM.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
