Key skills for the job
ERP Business Development/Manager (Sales)
Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated verticals; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans. Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline and submitting required sales forecasts.
What we are looking for:
5 to 10 years experience in any ERP Sales
Lead Generation/Inside sales experience
Closing Leads into opportunities and converting into Sales Orders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with our customers
especially B2B clients/CXOs
Excellent written and communication skills.
Role:
Client Identification and engagement
Coordination with Operations Team
Account Management for the geography assigned
Maintain and Analyse funnel data to draw high-level insights and help
Coordination of offline and online activities
Outbound calls and outreach to acquire new partners and build relationships with them.
Technical Skills
Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Products/ Services)
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
Must have excellent account management skills including office administration and internal communications
Able to demonstrate the ability of closing sales opportunities winning business
