About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of social media marketing. This role requires an individual who can effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms. Qualify leads to assess their potential.
Sales Outreach: Effectively communicate with prospects to present IT solutions and services, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Social Media Marketing Support: Leverage basic knowledge of social media platforms to support marketing initiatives and increase lead engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in IT sales.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT solutions, services, and technologies.
Social Media Marketing: Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for lead generation and engagement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales software.
