Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Delivery of proposals Technical and price bids, on time for assigned proposals for Amazing Products and Solutions
• Develop proposal complete in all respects ranging from medium size to Large and complex, against the inquiry including technical compliance / response documentation, specify scope limits and prepare cost estimates. .
• Download and Upload bids from and to various E Tendering Portals Like GEM IOCL BPCL HPCL etc.
• Prepare the Technical Queries after analysis of Tender/RFQ/Scope
• Site survey (if requested by Sales) and Technical Discussions with customer.
• Coordinate with sourcing team in evaluating proposals from vendors for project buy-outs and In house products for technical compliance and completeness.
• Prepare tax / duty estimates using Estimation tools and guidance from respective team leader.
• Preparation of Final Cost Sheet for Management Review and upload the Bid.
• Provide inputs for continuous improvement of systems and processes to support accurate proposals and productivity
• Understanding of major competition and their product features and functionalities.
• Proficient with computer-based business software/automation tools.

Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be comfortable to work at Gurgaon location

Candidate must have electronics or computer science background
