Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 3-8 Years (Candidates with Insurance Industry Hiring Experience is an Add on)
Job Location: Barakhamba, CP, New Delhi
What You Will Do:
As a Recruiter, you will join our Talent Acquisition team and report to the India HR Head.
You will have primary responsibility for recruiting, particularly focusing on Junior, Mid-level & Leadership roles. This will involve managing the full executive search process, including creative candidate sourcing, fostering diverse candidate pipelines, leading offer negotiations, and providing reporting on recruitment progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven track record of Leading and managing the recruitment of Junior, Mid-Level & Leadership roles across various functions.
Experience in conducting bulk hiring drives, campus hiring, and mass recruitment.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms, to find the best candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate interview processes with the stakeholders.
Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and company requirements.
Track and report on recruitment progress, providing insights to HR leadership.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final hiring.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and compensation to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
Graduates & Postgraduates (MBA) are preferred from a major institute.
What We Are Looking For:
Proficiency in English written and verbal is a must.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of online recruitment tools, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
Strong time management, organization, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing senior and leadership-level hires, including negotiation and offer management.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in an executive search or leadership hiring role is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly in leadership positions.
