Accounts Receivable Executive

Reporting To: Senior Manager

Job Requirements

1.Campus visits - 15 days in a month

2.Preparation of bank reconciliation statements & control ledgers reconciliations.

3.Maintaining of trackers for control ledgers, unidentified collections, College collections

4.Processing of all type of refunds like parents / loan refunds

5.Extending support to allocated campuses within nominal TAT

6.Preparation of monthly MIS reports of allocated campuses

7.Maintaining of accruate data of allocated campuses in the system

8.Arranging of necessary sign offs from allocated campuses

9.Preparation of various reports of allocated campuses as and when required

10.Need to get involve in system configurations

11.Regular F&A department related works

12.Co-ordination with payment sections for campus related payments

13.Co-ordination with vendors for account related queries

14.Maintaining of college accounts in the system

15.Ready to extend work hours and holiday workings as and when required

Requirements:

1.Should be the commerce graduate

2.Should have the core work experience in the accounts department

3.Should have 4 - 5 years work experience in the accounts department

4.Having work experience in the education sector is preferrable

5.Should be strong in accounting principles & processes

6.Should be strong in passing of accounting entries in the system

7.Should be strong in mathematical calculations

8.Should be strong in logical understandings

9.Should be strong in adopting of company process & policies within nominal time

10.Should have the knowledge of formalus usage in MS excel

11.Should be strong in entry implications in financial reports

12.Better knowledge about the understanding of financial reports

13.Should be in the nature of completion of tasks fast and accruacy

14.Should be in the nature of within the nominal TAT
