Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from customers, managing accounts receivable aging reports, and working closely with other departments to resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post all incoming payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
• Review and verify accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts.
• Prepare and send customer invoices promptly and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively contact clients for collections.
• Resolve discrepancies and billing issues in collaboration with the sales and customer service teams.
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare reports on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing accounts receivable reports.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the accounting system.
• Process and maintain credit applications, ensuring proper approval and updates to customer credit limits.
• Work with internal teams to address and resolve payment-related inquiries.
