Account Manager is responsible for the management and generation of business in the assigned Schools in his region. The Account Manager will be responsible to manage around 30-50 Schools.
Account Manager will be required to visit all the schools on a monthly basis to ensure that there is continuous engagement with the stakeholders at each school.
Account Manager will be responsible for the relationship with the school, smooth execution of the program at the school, year on year renewals/new admissions and improving the revenue generation from the identified accounts.
Implements sales strategies that lead to high customer satisfaction, hence, building awareness and credibility with the key clients.
Account Manager will serve as a contact point for all customers and internal teams and resolve customers' complaints in an effective, timely and respectful manner. Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery. Measure, track and analyze key account metrics and create key account health reports for management review.
The Account Manager will also be required to closely monitor the Coding Trainers reporting to him and responsible for delivering the Program at the respective schools, this is to ensure that the stated timelines are being observed and the specified guidelines in achieving the learning outcomes are being successfully met.
The role is highly collaborative in nature, with the Key Account Manager closely working with the School, Delivery, technology and customer support departments in an effort to meet account performance objectives as well as the account expectations through complimentary cross-functional efforts.
