Job Summary
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring
profitability, efficiency, and exceptional guest experience. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-
paced, hands-on work environment, contributing to P&L management, inventory control, financial reporting,
labor management, and security procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and
communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Business Manager is responsible for the smooth restaurants operations of the Organization
• Operational Management:
• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant while ensuring operational excellence.
• Maintain P&L management, inventory control, and cash security procedures.
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Team Management & Development:
• Recruit, interview, hire, and on-board new employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Train, coach, and motivate Restaurant Managers, Floor Managers, Senior Captains, and Guest Service Associates
to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and foster a collaborative, positive team culture.
• Address and resolve performance issues as necessary, providing appropriate disciplinary actions when required.
• Financial & Inventory Management:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATION • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related
field (preferred).
• Certification or specialized training in restaurant management, business management, or food safety (a plus).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
EXPERIENCE • Proven track record of successful financial management, team leadership, and
operational oversight.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.INDUSTRY • Retail/F&B Retail/QSR
Salary:
• 8-9 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and qualification)
