Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and proactive business development.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understanding the needs of customers
• Addressing customer concerns and needs as quickly as possible
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service.
Qualifications
🎓 Education: Degree in Marketing/Sales or relevant field Experience
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/business development (B2B industrial sectors) with a focus on industrial/corporate clients and B2B dealings in minerals or bulk raw materials.
💡 Skills: Strategic sales planning & lead generation Negotiation & deal closure Advanced MS Excel Professional communication skills
