Job Description

Job Role:


Swirlyo is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the brands presence in the competitive dessert industry. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, launching successful initiatives, and building Swirlyos reputation as a leader in the frozen dessert segment.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to increase Swirlyo’s market share and revenue.

Identify and explore new business opportunities, including geographic and customer segments.


Partnerships and Networking:

Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, franchisees, and key stakeholders.

Represent Swirlyo at industry events and drive networking efforts to enhance visibility.


Sales and Revenue Targets:

Work closely with sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Monitor market trends and customer preferences to refine strategies and product offerings.


Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.

Promote Swirlyo’s unique selling points through innovative promotional strategies.


Innovation Leadership:
Identify opportunities for new product launches and menu expansions.

Leverage customer feedback to enhance offerings and customer satisfaction.


Operational Oversight:
Assist in onboarding franchisees and setting up new locations.

Ensure seamless operational alignment during business expansions.
