Site Engineer

Location : Bangalore

A Site Engineer is responsible for planning and managing project activities at different locations. Their main job is to ensure that work is done properly, on time, and within budget while using the available manpower and equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan and schedule project tasks and ensure smooth execution at the site.
• Team Management: Assign work to team members and guide them as needed.
• Client Interaction: Communicate daily with clients to understand their requirements and represent them on-site.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and report project updates regularly.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and solve issues before they become major problems.
• Technical Knowledge: Must have expertise in instrumentation like Radar Gauges, Flow Meters, and TAS projects (Oil, Gas, and Alcohol industries).
• Safety & Reporting: Ensure all safety rules are followed and prepare reports on project progress.
• Travel: Frequent travel is required to different project sites in India.
• Customer Handling: Work closely with customers to meet their expectations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Diploma/B.E. in Instrumentation (or relevant field).
• Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role.

• Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Meet customer deadlines efficiently.
