Job Overview:
Accord Synergy Limited is seeking a Commercial Executive to manage purchase invoices. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process purchase invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for accurate invoice handling.
• Ensure invoice accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Maintain records and assist with accounts payable reconciliation.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and assist with timely payments.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of purchase invoice processes and ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Education:

• Graduate (preferably in commerce/accounting).

Experience:

• 1-2 years in purchase invoicing or related roles.
