Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage service requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
  
• Provide sales support by preparing quotes, proposals, and other documents as needed.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain a record of customer interactions.
  
• Assist in back office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in administration or related field (back office).
  
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills for effective client interaction.
