Educational Qualification :15 years full time education

Minimum 6+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Functional / SuccessFactors Consultant. Extensive Experience in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll Modules - at least 4 - 5 ETE implementations and minimum 1 full SuccessFactors EC implementation experienceStrong knowledge and experience in Data models, MDF Objects, Business rules, workflows, Position Management, Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Email notificationsSkilled in Role Based permissions, Dynamic groups, workflow groups.Good understanding of the HCM Functionalities to be able to prepare high quality Technical Specifications as per the requirements.Experience in Payroll and time Configurations, Dynamic Actions. Good understanding on Organizational Management relationships.Ability to translate functional / non-functional requirements to systems requirements.Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.Ability to design complex interface programs.Experience in gathering the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.Ability to provide estimation of work requirements.Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Strong communication (verbal/written) skills.
