Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Good to have experience in automobile industry

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications

Act as the primary point of contact

Manage and coordinate project activities

Ensure the successful delivery of projects
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management and PLM with S4 HANA

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal Collaboration, SAP Portfolio and Project Management

Should have experience on S/4 HANA implementation /rollout projects

Should have experience on SAP enterprise product development EPD) , SAP Enterprise Portfolio Project Management(EPPM).

Should have experience on interfaces.

Good understanding of PLM integration with CAQ( Computer Aided quality)

Understanding of project implementation methodologies

Should have experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training and supporting the project go-live
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management

This position is based at our Pune office

A 15 years full-time education is required
