Summary:As an Organization Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing the organization structure, including jobs and teams, reporting relationships, and skills requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's structure and ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in organization design.

Should have influencing and advisory skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for making informed decisions regarding the organization's structure.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.

Design the organization structure, including jobs and teams, reporting relationships, and skills requirements.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align the organization structure accordingly.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the current organization structure and recommend improvements.

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong understanding of organizational design principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing organization structures in large-scale organizations.

Knowledge of HR processes and practices, particularly in the area of core HR.

Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with HR technology platforms and tools.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
