Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the application development process, and making critical decisions to ensure the project's success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into application design.

Lead the application development team and provide guidance throughout the development process.

Ensure the successful implementation of applications by overseeing the configuration and testing phases.

Make critical decisions to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
