Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodologies and Project Management.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable applications.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
