Project Role : Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Good to have skills : Agile Project Management, Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 16 years full time education

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to CORE PMO for core part including design validations, creations, attending technical meetings with vendors, core baseline audit, rollout technical acceptance review, support with SLAs review, defining acceptance KPIs, vendors solution review, parameter and features review...etc.

1. Project Management and tracking Key projects and RCA actions.
2. Perform escalation and notifications.
3. Regularize preventive actions including Health check, capacity monitoring & analysis, configuration audits etc.
4. Facilitating Emergency handling, Planning CR and implementing changes in network.
5. Regular preventive actions including Health check, capacity monitoring & analysis, configuration audits
6. Root cause analysis and report preparation.
7. Attending technical meetings with vendors
8. Rollout technical acceptance review and defining acceptance KPIs
9. Support with SLAs review

Technical Skills
1. 5G Wireless Technologies
2. Knowledge 5G features, 5G associated protocols
3. Knowledge of Internet protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, and HTTP
