Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the application meets the required standards and specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Ensure the application meets the required standards and specifications.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.

Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based in Mumbai.
