Summary:As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Accenture Digital Omni Channel Platform (DOCP), CRM Applications, and Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Accenture Digital Omni Channel Platform (DOCP), CRM Applications, and Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).- Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
