Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and delivering training sessions to ensure market relevance. Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver foundational training in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content.

Upskill and cross-skill technology talent to ensure market relevance.

Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR technology.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Experience in delivering training sessions and developing course content.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
