Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve overseeing software development, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead and guide the software development team in implementing Agile methodologies.

Ensure the successful delivery of software projects within the specified timeline and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.

Experience in leading and managing software development projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.
