Summary:As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. You will shepherd the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Your typical day will involve strategizing and executing sales activities to drive business growth and achieve targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process. This role requires strong sales enablement skills and a deep understanding of the sales capture process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have influencing and advisory skills.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales activities.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Sales Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of sales capture process and methodologies.
  • Experience in shaping and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with salesforce automation tools.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Enablement.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
