Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and contributing to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design
- Experience in defining product requirements and use cases
- Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies
