Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design, develop, and test software applications using Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Configure and customize Workday Financial Accounting Core modules to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.
- Create technical documentation and provide support during system integration and user acceptance testing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing Workday Financial Accounting Core solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
