Project Role :Cloud Migration Execution Lead
Project Role Description:Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of Servers, applications, data, and services from on-premises environments to cloud or other target environments. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent Team management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must have Skills :

Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as VMWARE, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.

Proficiency in cloud migration tools like MGN, Azure Migrate, Migrate for Compute Engine (M4CE), River Meadow etc

Strong knowledge of basic Windows and Linux Operating Systems, networking, security, storage, and database management in cloud environments.

Excellent analytical skills to assess existing server environments and develop effective migration strategies.

Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Proven experience in server migration projects, including physical-to-virtual (P2V) and virtual-to-virtual (V2V) migrations.Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies

Migration Experience using Any industry standard tools (MGN, Azure Migrate, Migrate for Compute Engine (M4CE), River Meadow)

Familiarity with DevOps Tools( Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, CICD, Azure devops, CDK ) and integration with cloud any one (AWS, AZURE, GCP), Automate regular jobs to reduce Migration Timeline

Network and Firewall experience including subnets, protocols, ports, tcp, udp

Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to cloud computing.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Provide technical guidance and support to teams involved in the migration process, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Excellent Troubleshooting Skill, Explore New technology and adapt in the project

Validate the successful completion of migration tasks and verify the functionality of migrated servers.

Document migration processes, configurations, and lessons learned for future reference.
