Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and providing timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of systems.

Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AWS Administration, Red Hat OS Administration, Red Hat Cloud Architecture and Design.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based infrastructure management.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
