Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits to assess system performance and identify potential risks.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems.
- Strong understanding of storage area networks (SAN) architecture and design principles.
- Experience in implementing and managing storage solutions.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery systems.
- Familiarity with storage virtualization technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
