Summary:As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Customer Service.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services.

Manage the infrastructure service management lifecycle.

Support the availability and online status of production systems and devices.

Provide operational support to resolve any issues or incidents.

Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions for work-related problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in WebMethods Fabric.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.

Experience in managing IT production systems and services.

Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Recommendation:Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network components.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in WebMethods Fabric.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
