Summary:As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. Your typical day will involve working with data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.

Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in data analytics.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Custom Software Engineering.

Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:
