Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

Design, build, and configure applications, utilizing your expertise in Business Requirements Analysis and other relevant technologies.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Business Requirements Analysis.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools.

Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
