Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will play a crucial role in guiding and advising the team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Provide subject matter expertise to guide the team in solution design and delivery.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and methodologies.

Identify and address any risks or issues that may impact project success. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.

Experience in implementing MES solutions.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing engineering.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ERP systems.

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles.

Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
