Provide required warranty cost savings to our client by adjudicating the claims submitted by dealersInvestigate warranty claims & take appropriate decisionBe a process SME and take initiatives to improve team performanceDiagnose complex automotive claimVerification and analysis of Automotive warranty repair claims based on available external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time)Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
