Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Pune.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the software development process from planning to execution.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

Experience in configuring and customizing software systems.

Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development.

Hands-on experience in leading software development projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
