Summary:As a Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the network. To ensure success as a Windows Administrator, you should have in-depth knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, coding skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues. Ultimately, a top-class Windows Administrator ensures the smooth running of the company's networking and server systems, while maintaining a high level of security.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Provide support to end-users and ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure.

Monitor environment performance and stability, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Document and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

Assessing and maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows Servers Environment.

Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in VMware Virtualization Administration, Nutanix Administration, Azure IaaS administration.

Strong understanding of server administration and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Nutanix, Azure.

Knowledge of PowerShell or any other scripting experience is preferred.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
