Summary:We are seeking a skilled HRSD Systems Developer to join our team and enhance our HR application system. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) application, including system design, integration, and version upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript, and system integration, along with strong English communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development and AMS:Develop, maintain, and optimize the HRSD application within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Application Management Services (AMS).

Requirements Definition and Design:Define, document, and design system requirements to align with HR needs and business processes.

JavaScript and HTTP REST API:Use JavaScript for custom scripting and interact with HTTP REST APIs for system integration and data exchange.

Table and Report Design:Design and construct tables and reports within ServiceNow to support HR data management and reporting requirements.

Business Rule and Workflow Design:Create and manage business rules and workflows to automate HR processes and improve system efficiency.

Service Portal Design:Design and build Service Portals to enhance user experience and accessibility for HR services.

System Integration:Integrate the HRSD application with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Now Platform Version Upgrade:Oversee version upgrades and ensure compatibility with the Now Platform.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must-Have Skills:

ServiceNow Development and AMS:Proven experience with ServiceNow development and Application Management Services (AMS).

Requirements Definition and Design:Strong background in defining, documenting, and designing system requirements.

JavaScript:Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and customizations.

HTTP REST API:Experience with HTTP REST APIs for integration and data exchange.

Table and Report Design:Skills in designing and constructing tables and reports within ServiceNow.

Business Rule and Workflow Design:Expertise in designing and managing business rules and workflows.

Service Portal Design:Experience in designing and building Service Portals.

System Integration:Proven ability to integrate systems and applications.

Now Platform Version Upgrade:Experience with managing Now Platform upgrades.Japanese Language Proficiency:Should be able to read, write and speak in Japanese fluently. Should have the proficiency level of N2/N3.Nice-to-Have Skills:

JavaScript Implementation:Advanced experience with JavaScript implementation techniques.

HRSD AMS Experience:Experience with HRSD Application Management Services is a plus.

Man-Hour Estimation and Progress Management:Skills in estimating man-hours and managing project progress effectively.
Additional Information:

Resource will work in India shift time of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Resource will have to follow the Japan holiday calendar and not the India calendar.

OT might be required if an incident occurs in later half of the day or is prolonged.
