Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and process flows.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and elicit feedback from stakeholders.

Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements.

Provide support during the implementation phase and assist with user acceptance testing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or Excel.

Knowledge of process modeling and workflow tools.

Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
