Role Description:Manage the Active Directory & Azure infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations Leads who will support for all AD environments or automation incidents / requests."Must Have Skills :On-Prem Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, ADFS, Azure AD, AD connect, PowerShel Scripting, AD alerting/monitoring tools. Must have good analytical skills to maange & lead the shared delivery projects AD team with providing them SME L4 review & value adds.Should be leading all client conversations for new solutioning for existing or new client RFPs. Should have good experience around innovation & automations for clients."Good To Have Skills :Good knowledge about the other tools integrated with Active Directory.Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects.Design and architect a global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations.Utilize logical problem solving to find creative solutions to problems in the environment on a broad scale.Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades.Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices.Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions.Oversee the architecture and design of the global backup and recovery of Active DirectoryCollaborate and communicates with architects with internal departments and vendor partnersOwn and lead discussions in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate.knowledge and worked on Active Directory schema managementKnowledge on the replication process, workflow in details and should be able to explain the architectureKnowledge about troubleshooting ADDS/AD LDS Replication/Azure AD/ Azure AD ConnectUnderstanding about Kerberos and KDC, types of tickets and should be able to explain how Kerberos authentication works how NTLM authentication worksUnderstanding a network trace to troubleshoot Kerberos and NTLM issuesUnderstand the structures in the Kerberos Authentication that are seen in the network traceWorking knowledge of AD Federation Services(ADFS 2.0 & 3.0)Working knowledge of Certificate on ADFS/ADFS PRoxy ServerConfigure Relaying party trusts and management of claims.Perform full disaster recovery failover testing , ensuring ADFS Functionality in the event of a DR SituationConfigure and manage AAD connect serverEnsuring successfull sync to cloud.
Technical Experience :8+ years designing and managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise 8+ years of experience administering DNS, WINS, DHCP and PKI"Must possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment. These experiences should include:Directory Services Infrastructure architect/design/support"Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.In-depth knowledge of Active directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates & DNSInstalling, configuring and troubleshooting Terminal Server, ADFS and Azure Active DirectoryInstalling, configuring and Troubleshooting Active Directory Cross ForestExperience in Scripting, VB script, PowerShell and Batch scriptExperience in group policies and troubleshooting and implementationIn-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SMB and Kerberos etcIn-depth knowledge on DNS and DNS query, Zone Transfer etcIn-depth knowledge on Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and hands on replication toolIn-depth knowledge on Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solution.Basic troubleshooting on networking and other Microsoft products like Exchange, O365, etc
Educational Qualification :Bachelor's Degree , MCSE:Server Infrastructure, MCSA:Windows Server 2016-19
