Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process improvement opportunities.

Design and document new business processes to meet process and functional requirements.

Conduct user and task analysis to understand business needs.

Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience in documenting business processes and requirements.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
