Summary:As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve analyzing security requirements, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Create end to end project plan as client's contract and lead offshore transformation projects for clients.

Lead implementation of Nozomi/Claroty/Forescout/Dragos/equivalent tools for asset discovery.

Manage delivery timelines as agreed with client to deliver the projects without escalation.

Work with On-Shore and Off-Shore stakeholders for team onboarding and manage team's chargeability.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Understanding of OT Security guidelines like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 etc.

OT SME having understanding of OT Network Architecutre and Protocols.

Hands on experience in leading implementation of Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools for asset discovery and remote access, as applicable.

Integration with tools like AD, SIEM, ITSM etc. shall be an advantage.

Play the role of individual contributor to lead initiatives like Proof of Concept or act as an SME working with global SME's for client projects.

Experience in leading 2 Projects on Asset Discovery/Passive Monitoring solutions like Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools on OT production networks.

Hands on experience in implementing Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools on production environment on atleast 2 projects.

Experience in managing team and financials across multiple geography is an advantage.

Should have experience in managing and aligning to client expectations.

Good communication skills
Additional Information:

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science/ Information Technology.

Deployment / Implementation certification on Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools.
