Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery. You will also contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
- Provide timely support to resolve any operational issues.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability.
- Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and services.
- Experience in managing and supporting production systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
