Summary:As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and presenting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and present innovative solutions to clients based on their requirements.

Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.

Ensure the successful implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide expert guidance and recommendations.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the technical skills of team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.

Hands-on experience with solution design and development tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with solution architecture in [GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS].

Solid grasp of data management and integration techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
