Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth operation of the network and providing support to customers and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements.

Ensure the smooth operation of the network and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date back office system data records.

Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of telecommunication network operations.

Knowledge of telecommunication network protocols and technologies.

Experience in configuring and integrating telecommunication network elements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
