What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits.You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans.In Risk Management you will be responsible for anticipating, plan for, and react to risks and issues to the project, including categorizing their severity, taking into account the likelihood of occurrence, mitigation & contingency planning. You will be expected to follow an agile approach that builds risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events and helps in continuous project delivery.

Excellent understanding of risks and controls in Capital Market Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibility for Risk and Compliance (R&C) for one of ATOM's deal

Responsibility for managing client's stakeholders and governance meetings in all aspects of R&C.

Coordinate with R&C functional teams to ensure all aspects of R&C framework are delivered for the deal/client

Assess and manage deal's Operational Risk

Responsible for ATOM compliance to client contract and Accenture requirements

Conduct and supervise reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Accenture policies and standards.

Ensure operations teams are aware of their roles and responsibilities to be compliant

Coordinate implementation and respond to Accenture risk self-assessment programs, such as service delivery representation letter

Coordinate and front end ATOM audits, ensure relevant parties involved as required

Monitor and provide assurance that the identified findings and actions are tracked to closure and report to leadership thereon.

Facilitate sharing of learning from matters requiring interventions, such as incidents, initiate process improvements and updates to policies and standards.

Incident management for ATOM- ensuring the framework for incident reporting and preventing is in place as defined by the client, detailed incident reports, root cause- corrective and preventive actions implemented and reported to the client and Sr Accenture management as required

Change enablement- participate in the building & implementation of a new ATOM R&C platform

Liaise with other Accenture functions, including Internal Audit, Global Asset Protection/CIRT, Information Security, and Risk and Quality Management/Quality Assurance, Legal/Contract Management, Policy teams, delivery centres, sales teams, and Accenture clients to ensure the risk management process is efficient and effective.

Ensure the deal's Business Continuity plans are up to date, relevant and tested timely.

Ensure client is kept informed and approve BCM plans and tests.

Enable business to effectively react to crisis and coordinating recovery efforts, to get back to BAU (Before, during and after a disruption event, act as the coordinator for continuity efforts)

Collaborate with the all members of the central BCM team to ensure objectives of the function are delivered.

Cost effective recovery strategy and identify recovery gaps if any and highlight the same.
