Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing stakeholders, and driving the achievement of project goals and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs and projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.

Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts and best practices.

Experience in configuring and managing Commvault backup software.

Knowledge of storage systems and technologies.

Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
