Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop high-quality applications using Oracle PLSQL.
- Configure and customize applications to meet business needs.
- Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Experience in designing and developing complex PLSQL programs.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based in Mumbai.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
