Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Oversee the development and implementation of applications, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting.

Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Experience in designing and developing PL/SQL code for complex business requirements.

Knowledge of performance tuning techniques to optimize PL/SQL code.

Experience in working with Oracle databases and tools.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

This position is based at our Chennai office.
